Tim Hamilton and Borrego Property Management offer outstanding service that comes with many smiles (not just one), and that mixes professionalism with warmth and caring. We currently are living in the New York area, but Borrego is the home of our heart and we wish we could be there much more often. While we are far away, Tim’s competence and watchful eye have reassured us again and again that our house is in good hands; he has been the on-site coordinator for projects ranging from the resurfacing of our pool, to the delivery of a new hard top for our Jeep, to the trimming of our palm and other trees. When we have had friends visit in our absence, he has made sure that the house was in welcoming order, and has even given guests the run-down on how to control the heating/cooling system, how to make coffee, and how to turn on outdoor lights. He is proactive when he sees possible problems, and can recommend the best craftsmen in the valley when work needs to be done.
All this, and more: when you call him for updates, Tim can add a report on goings-on in town that’s worthy of a stand-up comedian. We have recommended Borrego Property Management to several friends already, and all of us are very pleased with its service.

Tim Hamilton has been our rental agent in Borrego Springs for the past 2 1/2 years. In that time he has been diligent in inspecting and managing our property, and imaginative, enterprising and successful in seeking tenants for the periods when we let.
