Property Checks
We are involved with handling property checks throughout the Borrego Valley. For a negotiated fee Borrego Rentals goes into a home or condo on a scheduled basis to inspect the interior of a home for any damage caused by insects, pests, water, dirt, or anything else that may occur while a property sits vacant here in Borrego. A visual inspection is also done of the exterior to ensure landscaping is being watered properly and if a pool is on sight, we make sure the work is being done to maintain it. This is a great way to insure that your property remains in the same condition you left it, and having an extra set of eyes and ears inside of your home offers you additional peace of mind. Top
Bill Payment
We handle payment of utlities, phone, cable, water, gardening, and any other services that are provided to a property that is under contract. Borrego Rentals pays these bills out of a trust account that is set up in the homeowner’s name. This service is an easy way to leave Borrego and leave the bill paying to us. We send itemized statements at the end of each month for review and tax purposes for our clients. Top
Project Management
We offer you the opportunity to leave Borrego Springs and still have on premise oversight regarding projects you need accomplished around your property. This could include: painting, carpet cleaning, cement work, plumbing repair/replacement work, and light electrical work. Borrego Rentals works with the homeowner to completely understand the needs of the project and then works with local contractors to complete the job. The work itself is billed directly to the homeowner, and Borrego Rentals charges an hourly rate based on the time needed to oversee the project. Top
Shuttle Service
We offer the convenience of shuttle service to and from the Palm Springs Airport as well as the San Diego Airport. The fee for this service is $150.00 per trip and needs to be scheduled at least one month in advance. This fee includes fuel cost. Top
HOA Management
We have expanded our services to include Home Owners Association (HOA) property management of condominium complexes here in Borrego Springs. We currently manage the Vista Villas HOA, which is a 31 unit complex located at de Anza Country Club. Our service includes oversight of all exterior property work that is under contract by the HOA as well as managing any contract work for concrete work, roof work, tree removal, or septic work on the HOA grounds. This gives Borrego Rentals hands on experience in managing a large scale complex here, and offers the individual homeowners a contact point when issues arise. Top
