About Us
Borrego Rentals opened its doors in the fall of 2004 with a vision of providing quality rental properties for those visiting the Borrego Valley and to offer our seasonal residents a way to ensure that their properties are well maintained in their absence.
In less than two years, we have retained over 25 single family homes and condos for our clients to choose from. In addition to managing these properties, we have expanded our business to include HOA property management of a 31 unit condo complex.
As we’ve gotten to know our customers, we have learned that their needs go well beyond finding renters for their properties. So, again, we expanded our offering to meet their needs. Conducting property checks, managing home improvement projects, managing payment of utilities and services, and providing shuttle service to and from the San Diego and Palm Springs airports are just a few of the things we now do for our clients.
We have found that an important element in growing a business such as ours is to build a strong local network. By building relationships with the area Realtors and by being actively involved in community events and organizations, leads from personal referrals has significantly grown. Over 70% of our business comes from referrals from within this network.
However, at the end of the day, we base the success of our business on the feedback we get from those who have used our services and can’t thank us enough for a job well done. Our high number of repeat customers is a testament to that. We look forward to showing you what sets Borrego Rentals apart from the rest.
